Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Earrings (for sanitary purposes)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service at xiaochen@ninitakk.is to initiate a return.
  2. Our customer service will respond to you within 2 - 3 business days to confirm the eligibility of your return.
  3. Once you have received our return eligibility confirmation, pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  4. Include your proof of purchase.
  5. Ship the return package to: Nínitakk, Bollagardar 91, Seltjarnarnes, Iceland

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or a shipping error.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at xiaochen@ninitakk.is.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
